It is a vibrant beachfront hotel located on the South Coast of the island with a fun and friendly atmosphere. The hotel enjoys a stunning beachfront setting on an expansive white sandy beach. The hotel is just ten minutes from the capital city, Bridgetown and St. Lawrence Gap and is close to the South Coast boardwalk. We are located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bridgetown and the Garrison Historic Area of Hastings with its outstanding examples of British colonial architecture, the third oldest parliament in the Western hemisphere, The Barbados Museum, The George Washington House and the historic Garrison Savannah racetrack. The Garrison Historic Area also includes many other historic buildings and is home to the world’s largest collection of 17th century English cannon.
All room rates include tax and Continental breakfast buffet. Additional meal packages and upgrades are available. The 112 ocean-facing guest rooms are large and comfortably equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, ceiling fan, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board, hairdryer and electronic safe and private balcony facing the ocean.
Hotel amenities include a fresh water swimming pool, cold water Jacuzzi, children’s paddling pool, boutique and convenience store, activities desk, wedding services, meeting room, high speed wireless internet ($), beach bar, pool bar and restaurant with entertainment several nights each week. There is also an additional restaurant and bar located directly across the road from the hotel which is owned and operated by Coconut Court Beach Hotel. The Blue Room Sports Bar & Grill is open every evening for dinner and drinks until 1am and serves as an alternate dining experience for hotel guests on the Halfboard meal package. Hotel guests can enjoy free wireless internet service at The Blue Room Sports Bar and Grill from 5pm daily. Ladies drink free from 10pm-11pm every night.
The lovely beach is secluded and quiet offering free beach lounges and plenty of shade from coconut trees. There is safe swimming year round in the lagoon which is teeming with small reef fish. The Coconut Court beach is home to over 300 Hawksbill marine turtles. This number represents approximately one third of the critically endangered Hawksbill marine turtles of Barbados with the active nesting season spanning from July to November. Coconut Court is the proud recipient of a GOLD award from the Travelife Sustainability Foundation and continues to pursue initiatives that protect and preserve the environment.
