Cancellation Policy: Summer (April 16 to December 14) – If you can­cel your room reser­va­tion more than 7 days prior to your sched­uled arrival date, the deposit will be refun­ded to you. If you can­cel your reser­va­tion less than 7 days prior to your sched­uled arrival date then your deposit will not be refun­ded to you. Winter (December 15 to April 15) – If you can­cel your room reser­va­tion more than 14 days prior to your sched­uled arrival date, the deposit will be refun­ded to you. If you can­cel your reser­va­tion less than 14 days prior to your sched­uled arrival date then your deposit will not be refun­ded to you.If the deposit is paid with a credit card then the refund will be less the applic­able credit card com­mis­sion fees.

Reservation Deposit Requirements: In the Winter sea­son a three (3) night deposit will be required to con­firm your reser­va­tion. In the Summer sea­son a one (1) night deposit will be required to con­firm your reser­va­tion.

Security Deposit Requirements: A BDS$200 deposit will be required on check-in at the hotel to cover any pos­sible dam­age or lost art­icles in guest room(s). Please note that this is an author­iz­a­tion only and is not a credit card charge. If a cash deposit is paid then this will be refun­ded in Barbados dol­lars on check-out.
