Applicants must be 18 years old or over
Presentation of valid passports
Presentation of the original/certified copies of birth certificates and photo identification.
If either party was married previously or widowed, a notarized copy of the marriage certificate
If either party was widowed previously death certificate of the deceased spouse will be required.
If either party was divorced, an original copy of the Decree Absolute and NOT the Decree Nisi.
If the Decree Absolute is not in English, it must be accompanied by a certified translation.
